I3C's Bread Houses Network has been listed among the best European practices of urban community cultural development. The Urban Management and Cultural Policy of the City Work Group at ENCATC has been developing a database of empirical results, research findings and examples of innovative urban planning which can inform the civil society and relevant expert groups about the possibilities for urban regeneration policy.
